And not the smoking you think! I being a dirty christ turner in, and my brother in law being Finish Lutheran, the only thing xmass means is a dinner of smoked things…

Mrs Simpson what did you do after you left the  restaurant, ” we drove around looking for another all you can eat fish restaurant” and then…”we went fishing”

Cheese kottu is a Sri Lankan dish that is made up of diced roti, a flat bread, melted cheese and a smattering of vegetables, it is re firied in oil and what you have is a heart stopping gooey, cheesy, mess!   It is more like stuffing then poutine in consistency, but more like poutine in the way its made. We were 3 people and asked for a 3 person sized order but they looked at two of us in the group, Ronak and Fat Manoo and said you are very fat guys so they gave us plate for four…we ate it.  they did have defibrillator paddles for us when our hearts stopped so we could keep on eating!

Fat Manoo had a hankering for some balls and not beef balls or man balls, but tasty tasty fish balls!

These are Sri Lanken curried fish balls, for those of you in the know, they are different from Chinese fish balls, where chinwa fish balls are more rubbery in texture these are more like gefilta fish according to the great fat manoo…

Glazed salami…in my childhood my aunt made this and it was a tasty treat!

I tried and it was a disgusting mess, not good and not tasty…back to the drawing board for me…

was supposed to be apricot jam and Dijon, I used fig jam, samosa sauce and Dijon, like i said a complete failure and sooooo gross….

I rolled this meat and did not smoke it!

I bbq it so there!

It was a super tasty filthy dirt!

Holidays mean smoked tasty for a happy new year…One duck, One turkey; all smoked for tasty taste  goodness….

We were only two people who ate all; there were a few tasters but the bulk went to the fatsos’

This new treat (for me at least) is like hoark being re swallowed… so gross but soo good.

Its sticky rice pancake filled with custard…they have a red bean one but red bean is so gross…

MTL SMOKED MEAT!!!!

Here are some photos of 2 smoking sessions I did the first one is fat momma and my self, we made turkey, pork shoulder and ribs…

The second round of pictures is the first MTL smoked meat I attempted to make..it was superb!!!!! And after the smoking I steamed…sooooooooo dirty!

My gift to Angry Allan…I saw it and though it was the perfect stocking stuffer…and it only cost 3 bucks, i gift wrapped it and put it in a nice gift bag… fat momma said i should have stuck it on a post in front of his house but i thought gift wrapped was nice…wait for the video angry Allan’s wife took of him opening it…
